  • Availability: the products offered on www.casamandarine.com are subject to availability, which will be shown on each product, indicating the available sizes of the product. In the event that it is not possible to stock a product, contact us at hola@casamandarine.com and we will gladly help you to provide you with the best solution.
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    We cannot make changes or returns on swimsuits, underwear. Review the exchange and return policy for more information.
  • Product Warranty:
    A 7-day warranty against manufacturing defects is granted from the date of purchase. To make the guarantee valid, you can contact us through the email hola@casamandarine.com to give you instructions on the shipment and provide you with a solution. Casa Mandarine agrees to provide a response within the following 3 business days.
  • Payment Processing:
    When making a purchase at www.casamandarine.com , payments are processed by Operadora PayPal de México, S. de RL de CV (hereinafter, “Paypal”), depending on the payment option you choose. Once you have completed the purchase we will validate the payment directly with Paypal; Once the payment has been validated, we will send you an order confirmation email.
  • Service hours:
    Casa Mandarine is available 24/7. For order processing, any purchase whose payment validation is confirmed after 1 pm will be processed the next business day; Orders received on Saturday and Sunday, as well as official holidays, will be processed the next business day.
  • Merchandise delivery:
    Once the order is confirmed, the delivery of the merchandise will be carried out through parcel service, for which we need to have complete delivery information (name of the recipient, address and telephone number). Any clarification about the status of your shipment you can send an email to hola@casamandarine.com or you can check directly with the company in charge of it, indicating the guide number that we will provide you. In case of an error in the address entered, we are not responsible for delays in delivery. All items are packaged for your care and protection.

  • Billing:
    If you require an invoice, please contact us at facturas@casamandarine.com to request it no later than the last day of the calendar month in which the purchase was made. We will not be able to issue invoices requested after the last day of the month in which the purchase was made.
