Is everything really handmade?
We try to take care of that part as much as we can. Both the fact that they are handmade and the place where the product is made
Returns or exchanges?
At the moment we do not have returns but we do offer size and product exchanges from the same designer.
The return of the product is your responsibility. National shipping costs for the first exchange are free.
The exchange will have to be made within the first 7 calendar days from when you received the product at the destination address. Changes in sizes and models of the same or higher price are only accepted. If there is a price difference, you must cover the amount to complete the process.

We work with designers and brands that have limited production ( shop small ), which allows us to take care of the environment and wear and tear.

We are Vero and Alban, two beings who share the pleasure of finding beauty in simplicity and small details. With this idea we created Casa Mandarine, a Concept Store that seeks to share stories and design in the same place.
Our project tries to promote emerging design through sharing a space that transforms time into good memories.
A little about the store!
The store, or if we are modern, the concept store is located in the Condesa neighborhood in Mexico City.
We currently represent more than 20 Mexican brands with handmade proposals. Each brand uses different techniques and materials with the purpose of creating unique handmade pieces, mostly working hand in hand with artisans.
